Running Coaching

You don't need to be an elite athlete to have a running coach. Having an online running coach is for everyone from Couch to 5K runners to experienced ultramarathoners. If you're taking your running seriously then you deserve to have a training plan written just for you. And this is where I can help!

Why do you need a Running Coach?

Personalised Training Plan
To reach your potential you need a training plan that is written specifically for you. It should take into account your:

  • Sporting history
  • Lifestyle
  • Progression
  • Other commitments
  • Menstrual cycle
  • Life stage
An "off the shelf" plan doesn't do this and could leave you under or over-trained. With a running coach your training plan will be updated regularly so it works for you and your lifestyle, giving you have the best possible chance of achieving your goals.

Knowledge
You need a running coach who has the knowledge and experience to get you in the best shape for your event. As a UESCA Certified Running and Ultrarunning Coach, Level 3 Personal Trainer and an experienced runner I understand at a scientific level the adaptations you need to achieve to improve your running. I also have a keen interest in female physiology and am passionate about helping more women to train in the right way for them and to discover their potential as runners.

Support
We've all had the days when it's tough to get out the door and get your training done. With a running coach you know that you've always got someone supporting you and cheering you on. Having someone holding you accountable can make it so much easier to get your training done. With unlimited WhatsApp communication I am also there to answer any questions you might have about your training, kit, nutrition, race day preparation etc. If you need support I'll be there to provide it.

Lets face it, life gets pretty hectic sometimes. Between work, family, friends and other hobbies you may not have time to think about how best to train for your running goals. Let me take care of writing your training so you get to do the fun bit and just go running!
